We are pleased to announce the promotion of Thor Emblem to the position of Director of West Coast Operations! Since joining GSH in 2018, Thor has successfully built his region in San Diego from the ground up, while developing a strong presence along the West Coast of California.

Jim Brooks, GSH’s current Regional Manager in the United Kingdom, recently stumbled upon a treasure trove of memories from his early days with the company. These training records, dating back to 2007, offer a glimpse into Jim’s beginnings as a bright-eyed Electrical Engineer at GSH.
Jim’s career path has now come full circle, as he rejoined GSH in 2022 to take on the role of Regional Manager for London & South. His story is not unique within the company however, as GSH boasts numerous employees who have returned to contribute their expertise and experience gained both within and outside the organisation.
As GSH celebrates its impressive 130-year milestone this year, the company looks ahead with optimism. The future holds promise for continued growth and expansion across the United Kingdom, building upon the solid foundation laid over more than a century of operations.
This rediscovery of Jim’s early records serves as a testament to GSH’s enduring legacy and its ability to nurture talent, fostering long-lasting relationships with its employees.
