As a company steadfastly committed to service excellence, GSH maintains multiple ISO accreditations that are audited on an annual basis by third-party auditors to ensure GSH’s policies, processes, and procedures are to the highest of international standards. As part of this year’s audit, the auditors visited one of GSH’s aviation sites, an international airport in GSH’s service portfolio.
GSH’s Sr. National Solutions Manager, Robert Roman, and Site Manager, Damon, took the auditors through the inner workings of the site which included a ride out onto the tarmac. With a successful audit completed, GSH will continue to apply our world recognized ISO standards to our service delivery to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
