- Promotion of Noorul Ameen M from Director of Operations to Chief Executive Officer
- Promotion of Ravikumar L from Director of Finance to Chief Financial Officer
- Promotion of Sitaraman M from Director of Technology to Chief Technology Officer
GSH Group’s India branch has experienced exponential organic growth since its inception driving the need to develop and advance new leadership. “Over the past thirteen years together, Sita, Ravi and Ameen have worked tirelessly to turn a single office in Chennai into a nationwide FM provider capable of supporting some of the world’s most notable manufacturers and brands. It is fitting that we are promoting three founding members of the business unit together as it is their teamwork that has brought them to this moment.” – Mark Thomas, Group CEO.

As one of the founding members of GSH India, Noorul Ameen M, GSH India’s new Chief Executive Officer, brings over 25 years of expertise in electro-mechanical installations, testing and commissioning, and integrated facilities and asset management across diverse sectors. As a Chartered Engineer, certified Health and Safety professional, and an active member of professional bodies such as the Institution of Engineers (India), ISHRAE, and the Energy Institute (UK), Noorul continues to drive operational excellence and technical innovation at GSH and within the industry.
Ravikumar L, now its new Chief Financial Officer, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational expansion since 2012. With over two decades of experience in financial management across the facilities management and manufacturing sectors, he brings vast expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, technical accounting, and regulatory compliance.
Sitaraman M, GSH India’s new Chief Technical Officer, has been instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives and advancing facilities and utilities management across GSH India’s operations. With over 35 years of industry experience, including over 13 years with GSH, he has led key business functions, including business development, procurement, project management, and operations, demonstrating a process-oriented approach and strong leadership in talent and organizational strategy.
