We’re thrilled to share that Dennis Smith, a Chief Engineer with us in the City of Brotherly Love, has been honored with the ‘Engineer of the Year’ award at the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Philadelphia luncheon! With 30+ years of industry experience, Dennis joined GSH in 2023 to lead the transition of the Parkway Commercial Properties site at 2222 Market Street from development to day-to-day operations.
A true leader and communicator, Dennis has been instrumental in driving operational success and building strong client relationships, while actively contributing to BOMA Philadelphia initiatives. This recognition is well-deserved, and we are incredibly proud to have Dennis on the GSH team! 🏆👏
