Des Royes, one of our UK Contracts Managers flew ‘across the pond’ to visit us in The Garden State. Working in collaboration with North America Contracts Manager, Matt McKeon, the guys teamed up to support our multi-continent IFM client and make some yearend presentations. Des met his counterparts in the US, where they discussed best practices, business processes and standard operating procedures related to the account.
Des also spent a day at our corporate headquarters in Parsippany, where Chief Operating Officer, Steve Wallis, gave him a tour of the office and introduced him to our teams there. Thanks for visiting Des, we hope to see you here again soon!
