GSH’s own Thor Emblem, President of the BOMA San Diego Chapter, has been doing a tremendous job since taking the helm in early 2022! Leading an organization is not always easy but Thor and his fellow committee members have embraced the challenge and have been doing a wonderful job of growing the chapter’s presence in the San Diego market and expanding its reach to the building ownership and property management community.
