Scalability:

GSH takes a progressive and agile approach to scaling our services to suit continually changing client requirements influenced by factors such as the environment, politics, legal and financial circumstances. Our scalable, Always On™ approach for our Integrated Facilities Management model enables clients to experience a centralized, highly efficient, and cost-lean approach to building management services.

Customized Services

We carefully design a customized service matrix for each client that is flexible, scalable, and unique to each client we support. Each services matrix combines both self-delivered and subcontracted services to build one integrated facilities management scope. Our dynamic and fluid approach creates partnerships with subcontractor providers who share our mission to surpass client expectations.

We are an experienced tier-one facilities management service provider. We utilize experts within sub facilities management sectors such as design and construction, elevator maintenance, UPS maintenance, janitorial services, catering services, fitness classes, and many other additional workplace amenities.

Regardless of the sub-contractors, we apply our stringent procurement processes and our facilities management experience. We also use our extensive database of service partners to ensure all requirements have been met.

Compliance

Environmental, health, and safety laws are paramount to employers and differ between countries. The GSH Compliance System assures that local legislation is accurate and relevant to all locations and eliminates client concerns when needing to abide by in-country laws regarding health and safety and building standards.

We overlay local legislative requirements with a global operating standard and apply a universal compliance structure, where in-country data can be integrated into global summary reporting. All compliance methods are managed by the GSH Global Environmental, Health & Safety Director and rolled out to all buildings in all countries.

Procurement

Through a consistent application of our Always On™ philosophy, the Procurement Department has grown significantly over the past decade. Its responsibilities have evolved from administrative work order processing into a highly strategic commercial offering, available to both GSH internal departments and clients. Through the department’s ongoing development and implementation of innovative strategies, considerable cost resupply chain partners and clients are realized.

Our Procurement Department consists of administrative and strategic employees who focus on all sub-sectors of facilities management to deliver a “one contracted team approach.” As a result, we regard all subcontractor services as our own, ensuring that standards are consistently met so that clients can confidently consider GSH as their single point of contact.

Staffing Solutions
