GSH announces the award of a national Integrated Facilities Management contract with Jaguar Land Rover North America

GSH Group, a global integrated facilities management company headquartered in Parsippany, N.J., announces the launch of its national contract with Jaguar Land Rover North America covering a portfolio of locations across the U.S.

The multi-year contract, which started on October 1st, 2017, provides Jaguar Land Rover North America (JLRNA) with integrated facilities management services across several U.S.A. locations including California, Oregon, Georgia, and New Jersey.

The GSH team will be dedicated to JLRNA and will provide employees with their everyday facility needs. Technical services will be delivered by GSH engineers and non-technical services will be integrated and managed by the GSH contract team to ensure comfortable, compliant, and happy workplaces.

Jaguar Land Rover continues their exciting growth and expansion, including the current construction of the new Jaguar Land Rover North America headquarters in Mahwah, New Jersey. To support this, the GSH on-site team will be managing the transition of all building services and move management requirements as employees relocate to their new, customized Jaguar Land Rover complex.

The GSH Portfolio Contract Manager will be responsible for applying these services across all facilities and provide JLRNA with effective communication, accurate facilities data, and consolidated reporting. Clare comments further, “GSH’s main objective is to allow Jaguar Land Rover employees to focus on their core services while we support them by performing ours.”
