In order to be awarded a GSA Schedule, GSH was required to demonstrate that it was offering fair and reasonable prices, financial stability, high levels of customer satisfaction, and significant experience in providing facilities and HVAC maintenance. Additionally, as part of this agreement, GSH will abide by GSA's stringent diverse supplier subcontracting program.
