energyplus is a new approach to energy management guaranteeing energy savings based on engineering best practice.

As energy efficiency moves to the top of the FM agenda, GSH has developed energyplus as an extension to our existing maintenance activities. The service guarantees a minimum of 5 to 10% consumption savings at no cost to the customer.

Savings result from genuine improvements in energy efficiency derived from GSH's proven track record. Immediate returns can be generated from day one with labor and plant investments all provided free of charge. The energyplus package retains traditional benefits such as fixed cost utility supply, guaranteed savings, no consumption risk, property investment and budget security.

At the same time, potential issues like long-term restrictive contracts, termination penalties and plant change of ownership, have been removed. Environmental performance is enhanced via increased focus, monitoring and awareness. Internal conditions are maintained within agreed parameters.

Between August 2002 and August 2006, energyplus has resulted in improved client energy efficiency performance of at least 5% creating immediate financial savings of at least $35 million and environmental savings of almost 240,000 tons of CO2 emissions.
