GSH offers full operation and maintenance of our clients' building services.

Commercial buildings require complex infrastructure to support their operating needs, enabling the constant flow of people who use those spaces to do so in a comfortable and safe environment. Our engineers are experts in mechanical, electrical, building management systems and building safety systems.

We can provide advice on building requirements, as well as maintenance contracts. As a dedicated specialist, our approach incorporates every aspect of planned preventative and reactive maintenance.

More specifically, this involves plant and boiler maintenance, air conditioning systems, lighting maintenance, system upgrades, HVAC applications and putting in place building controls technology that ensures the smooth-running and management of our clients' buildings. Our focus is on improving the efficiency of the existing M&E equipment.
