GSH working to build a sustainable future.

Our fundamental approach to the way we do business at GSH is to understand our clients’ needs and to develop innovative solutions for their facilities operations.

We work with our clients to learn their environmental goals and develop plans to achieve them. This includes short and long-term plans for single facilities, and also multiple, dispersed properties, to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, as well as implement recycling programs. Projects recommended for achieving environmental objectives includes replacing or modifying inefficient equipment, hosting tenant energy awareness campaigns, and installing building management systems to allow precise control over the building equipment.

We carry out the energy program internally, while monitoring and reporting our progress. Our team is continually researching ways to achieve additional efficiencies.

Additionally, we work with our clients to help them receive environmental/energy saving awards, including Energy Star recognition.
