GSH Group Inc., Expands its Energy Management Program with Newmark Knight Frank Global Management Services
Two new Newmark Knight Frank facilities enlist GSH for energy efficiency, two others renew contracts
GSH Group Inc., an international facilities and energy management provider throughout the United States and Europe, today announced two new contracts and two contract extensions with Newmark Knight Frank Global Management Services (GMS) in New York and Connecticut. All facilities will utilize GSH Group's unparalleled energyplus program.
GSH Group will implement an energy program for Newmark Knight Frank GMS at 1560 Broadway in New York City, a 212,500-square-foot office building, and 75 S. Broadway in White Plains, a 127,900-square-foot office building. As part of its unique business model that is gaining momentum throughout the industry, GSH will offer immediate energy savings to these Newmark Knight Frank GMS-managed properties while also providing equipment upgrades and other energy saving projects to achieve optimal energy efficiency. Newmark Knight Frank GMS has also extended GSH Group's energy contracts with 520 Eighth Avenue in New York City and 1-3 Long Wharf Drive in New Haven, Conn. Both properties have already recorded substantial energy savings.
