GSH Hosts Successful Energy Awareness Campaign at Heritage´s Facility in Woodbridge, NJ

GSH Hosts Energy Campaign for Heritage Capital Group´s Plaza Nine as Part of Its Energy Plus Program

GSH Group, Inc., an international facilities and energy management provider throughout the United States and Europe, recently hosted an energy awareness campaign in the lobby of Heritage Capital Group´s Plaza Nine facility, located at 900 Route 9 North, Woodbridge, New Jersey. The facility is a 112,568 square-foot class “A” office building with six stories and anchor tenants including JP Morgan Chase Bank and NIP Group, Inc.

The event was a collaboration between GSH Group and Heritage in an effort to increase energy awareness among the building tenants. Through discussions, trivia games and contests, the building occupants were educated on the importance of energy conservation and methods of how to reduce their carbon footprint.

The event is part of GSH´s Energy Plus program which was recently implemented at the facility. In addition to the campaign, GSH carries out several activities and investments to improve energy efficiency within the building including regular monitoring and adjustments as well as mechanical projects.
