Our engineers are experts in mechanical, electrical, building management systems and building safety systems.
More specifically, this involves plant and boiler maintenance, air-conditioning systems, lighting maintenance, system upgrades, HVAC applications and putting in place building controls technology that ensures the smooth-running and management of our clients’ buildings. Our focus is on improving the efficiency of the existing M&E equipment rather than new-build applications.
In all, GSH Group is responsible for core mechanical and electrical infrastructures within 12 million sq. m. of managed space. We have more than 1,000 skilled operatives providing cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, controlling and maintaining vital services for thousands of client sites. |
