Provided entirely in-house our Customer Support Centre is the hub of operations for our client's contracts.

Skilled call receipt agents offer first point of contact for emergency or reactive work requests and each job is managed from beginning to end through the Centre.

The support Centre uses state-of-the-art call handling software based on skills-based routing processes, sophisticated vehicle tracking directly linked in real-time with our Maximo contract management system and our engineers' wireless handheld technology.

Our helpdesk staff and administrative support provide job status updates, management of specialist supplies and interface with our clients across their portfolios.
