GSH Delivers Facilities Management Services to AIB
GSH Ireland, a subsidiary of GSH Group plc, has signed a three-year agreement to provide a range of mechanical and electrical maintenance services across Allied Irish Bank's (AIB) entire Irish branch retail network.
The energy and facilities management provider was successful in obtaining the multi-million Euro contract because of its ability to self-deliver services across a widespread geographical area, covering AIB's 278 Retail Branches.
AIB's decision to elect GSH as its FM service provider was based upon GSH's rich engineering history, excellence in service delivery and innovative technological developments. GSH's experience of operating in critical financial environments is a fundamental benefit to both AIB and its customer base.
Kevin Mulligan, AIB Head of Engineering Service, said: "GSH impressed us with their approach to service delivery and innovative use of technology in meeting both cost and environmental concerns. We look forward to working with GSH in ensuring consistent high standards across our retail portfolio."
Clive Clarke, GSH Ireland Managing Director, said: "The award of the prominent contract highlights GSH's service capabilities within the facilities and energy management sector. It also demonstrates our ability to provide first class customer service."
With two strategically placed offices in Dublin and Belfast and a workforce covering the 32 counties, GSH Ireland is set to achieve success with this prestigious contract. Its employees are among the best in the industry with the Group placing a high emphasis on formal training. Commitment to the continued success of the business and to the changing needs of their customers is central.
