GSH DINES WITH THE DIVAS FOR CHARITY

Facilities and Energy Management provider, GSH Group raised a staggering £26k for charity from a 'Dine with the Divas' themed ball.

The monies raised were spilt equally between ChildLine, the charity providing a much needed free helpline for children and young people in the UK and DebRA, the national UK charity for people with the genetic skin condition, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB).

Sanita Guddu, ChildLine's Community Fundraising Manager, said: "Through this donation, GSH have made a real difference to the local community by funding a vital helpline accessible to children in the Midlands.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank those key people who put together an amazing event which left everyone talking about it for months on end! For some children, ChildLine really is a lifeline, so well done GSH."

Amanda McLean, DebRA's Director of Fundraising and Communications added: "DebRA is truly grateful for the generous donation from GSH that will go towards much needed support for the families affected by EB and the funding of medical research".

"In the last seven years, GSH has raised approximately £135,000 for local and national charities and we are looking forward to continuing our hard work in making a difference."
