VIGOROUS RESULTS FOR GSH

GSH has announced its interim results for the 6 months ended 31 January 2006.

GSH has started the year with a strong first half performance, demonstrating its ability to deliver profitable organic growth from continuing businesses. The Groups financial results for the six months show an impressive 10% increase in turnover to £63 million and 17% increase in Profit before tax to £2.2 million.

This outstanding start to the year has developed from new contract wins and renewals with existing client base.

All divisions highlight continued growth including its international divisions. The UK team have also secured several new and significant contracts with key clients, including Iron Mountain and My Travel demonstrating that they are the UK’s fastest expanding FM specialists. International business continues to perform well also with a major 3-year hard FM contract won for Schiphol airport, Amsterdam.

These results will enable GSH to enter the second half of the year with a vigorous forward order book in all of its markets.
