THE RIGHT CONNECTION IN FM

GSH has secured another significant contract within the Telecomms market, thus reinforcing its position as industry leader.

The five-year contract with one of the leading international providers, highlights the impact and growth GSH continues to make in this buoyant sector.

GSH already provides integrated FM services to other telecom giants including T-Mobile, Orange, Eircom and AT&T. The telecoms market is an infrastructure-intensive sector and this latest contract demonstrates the industry's commitment to value-process and efficiency reviews. The contract is valued at over £20m adding to the Groups already robust contract order book, which currently stands at £450 million.

Commencing in April 2006, GSH will provide for the client integrated facilities management solutions to over 11, 000 base stations and 370 retail locations across the UK. GSH’s understanding and enthusiasm of the market and its dynamic, innovative approach to service delivery all contributed to the businesses success.

GSH will deliver a broad range of support services including building engineering, property and electrical maintenance supported by innovative mobile information management systems, which provide for real time reporting.
