ACQUISITION OF AF GROUP

GSH Group plc has announced the acquisition of AF Worxgroup Ltd (AF Group) for an undisclosed sum.

AF Group was founded in 1985 and operates through three core divisions, delivering a range of building fabric services to the commercial and retail sectors. Services include roofing, flooring, shop fronts, drainage, external cleaning and ground works.

The acquisition will complement the existing building fabric capability within GSH, and enable them to self deliver building fabric services on a national basis.

Commenting on the announcement, Colin Tennent, Chief Executive Officer of GSH said “We are excited at the opportunities this acquisition will bring to our existing customers. The ability to self deliver integrated facility services ensures that our customers receive best value for money and the highest standard of service.”
