SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT WINS TOP FMA YOUNG MANAGER AWARD 2005
Jamie Reynolds, a director of leading FM provider, GSH has received a major accolade from the Facilities Management Association (FMA) with the presentation of its 2005 ‘Young Manager of the Year’ Award.
The decision reflects his success in generating £30m worth of business for the company between 2002/05 which has now resulted in his promotion to Senior Vice-President heading up the US operation.
After joining the company as YTS management trainee, Jamie succeeded in being appointed to the GSH main Board by the age of 27. As National Commercial Director he achieved record sales growth and played a vital role in GSH’s successful account management philosophy and development of an integrated service offering. He is now leading GSH’s expanding US operation and is based stateside in New Jersey.
GSH’s Chief Executive, Colin Tennent commented: “This prestigious award from Jamie’s peers at the FMA reflects their recognition of his contribution to GSH’s sales growth and his pro-active approach to client management. He also typifies our own willingness to support people development at all levels and is an excellent example of what can be achieved by those with the drive to succeed.”
