We have a wealth of experience to deliver large scale TUPE transfers, ensuring stability and smooth handovers for employees and customers.

More than 800 of our people have joined us via TUPE transfers. Typically, transfers range up to around fifty staff, but we have significant experience of much larger transfers up to 220.

The logistics behind achieving such numbers are challenging but our contract mobilisation teams and HR staff work closely together ensuring a smooth handover for our client and for the staff.

We are fully conversant with UK employment rights and protection laws and we have dedicated HR professionals that handle our TUPE transfer process.
