The new contract includes a full range of hard FM services at eight sites within the UK, extending an existing operation that commenced in August 2006.
Under the agreement, GSH Group will continue to provide a comprehensive facilities management solution including mechanical and electrical services, planned preventative maintenance and internal and external fabric maintenance.
A team of 20 dedicated engineers offer on-site support at seven designer outlet centres near London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Chester, Nottingham, Swindon and York as well as McArthurGlen´s head office building in central London.
