GSH COMPLETES SENIOR MAKE-OVER

Facilities and energy management specialist GSH Group has completed its boardroom team for the UK and Ireland with the appointment of Ian Crook as Finance Director and David Walsh as HR Director.

Crook assumes overall control of the finance department and will be responsible for re-establishing a robust governance and reporting structure for the business, GSH says.

In addition, he is tasked with improving the company's decision-support resource and processes for the wider management team.

Crook has more than 20 years' experience working for a number of public sector, telecommunications and facilities management businesses.

As HR Director, Walsh will provide management and leadership to the existing HR team to ensure quality across key functions including TUPE transfers, E-HR system implementation, Investors in People re-accreditation and in-house recruitment.

He will also be responsible for refining and developing the UK and Ireland HR strategy so it is aligned with the business and future growth strategy.

Walsh joins from ConvaTec, an international company that develops, manufactures and markets medical devices and services.
