Our HBOS Corporate Estate contract is a true example of service delivery and continual innovation. In 2000, GSH maintained a residential site in Cardiff with a contract value of £100,000. Through performance delivery, GSH was awarded additional corporate estates in Aylesbury and Penderford. In December 2002 GSH tendered successfully for the HBOS Corporate and Intelligent Finance portfolios in the North West.
In March 2003 the contract was expanded to incorporate Bristol and in July 2003, London and 11 Hill Hire sites and also the Intelligent Finance contract in nine sites in Scotland in March 2004.
In July 2006 we were awarded a contract renewal for the majority portfolio of HBOS properties for the UK and Ireland.
