To ensure a seamless delivery of all our services, GSH provides a state-of-the-art professional Customer Support Centre.

Skilled agents using industry-leading technology, receive calls from clients from around the world. The helpdesk is often the first point of call for clients and provides them, GSH engineers and sub-contractors, with critical information enabling swift responses and reporting to unplanned events such as an air-conditioning fault or loss of power.

The GSH Customer Support Centre also monitors our clients’ most vital equipment to ensure a predictive response for business continuity. In addition, we are also able to provide visible helpdesks located on a client’s site. Overall, our helpdesk services ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible and with the minimal amount of disruption to the client.
