Building Fabric
GSH Building Fabric is a specialist division offering maintenance to handle every aspect of the client’s property’s “health” from remedial work to generally making the building environment a better place to be.
Services include all building fabric trades/landscaping and grounds work/ external building cleaning, graffiti and chewing gum removal/ all internal finishing including decoration and tiling/ roofing work including cladding.
In addition, we act as principle contractor capable of handling a diverse range of building projects from initial design and planning right through to completion and handover.
This includes in-house management team/project management/shop fitting/M&E services/refits/refurbishment/roll-out programmes.
