Client / Supplier Relations
Our customer relationships are of vital importance to us. We want to retain our customers and establish long term partnerships with them.
To this end, we champion the significance of customer service to our employees from the outset. We focus on continually improving our efforts and reinforce our code of conduct at all times. To ensure we are getting it right out in the field, customer satisfaction surveys are conducted every six months. This process captures our customers’ views by conducting telephone interviews and rating answers on 18 topics such as honesty and integrity and delivery of service.
Of equal importance are our supplier relationships. We have a team of procurement professionals who manage our supplier relationships. They encourage them to adopt sound business practices and monitor supplier operations. In this way we can ensure we maintain ethical behaviours throughout the supply chain. |
