Apprentices
Over 5% of our engineering population are apprentices. We have won National Apprentice of the Year in 2003, 2004 and Regional Apprentice of the Year 2007.
By investing in apprentices, we are investing in our and our clients' futures.
We have created and invested in an apprentice scheme, which combines classroom and workplace training, in order to develop our young talent into fully qualified service engineers capable of responding to any given Facilities Management requirement in a constantly changing business environment.
They are trained in key skills, including team working, problem-solving, communication and new technology. From the outset, they understand, as ambassadors for our company, the importance of excellent customer service.
