GSH Engineers Continue to Grow Nationwide

Pine Brook, N.J. (October 30, 2008) - GSH Group Inc, an international facilities and energy management provider throughout the United States and Europe, today announced a new contract with MBIA Inc. in Armonk, New York. This facility will utilize GSH's building engineering services.

GSH will implement O&M services for MBIA Inc. at 113 King Street, a 237,000-square-foot office building located just off Interstate 684 in Westchester County. Specifically, GSH's engineers and staff will be responsible for plant and boiler maintenance, air conditioning systems, lighting maintenance, system upgrades, HVAC applications and installing controls technology that ensures the smooth and constant management of the building.
