GSH Acquires KMH

On June 1, 2007 GSH USA Inc. announced its acquisition of KMH Systems of Metuchen, New Jersey. This significant strategic step is GSH's first US acquisition and follows three recent European acquisitions within the GSH Group PLC.

The acquisition of KMH's technical expertise will complement GSH's current technical and 'Green' energy conservation solutions. The cultural fit, geographical footprints and synergistic client portfolios will also bring added value to long-term strategy of GSH.

Kevin Hoolihan will be joining the US management board to assist with aggressive corporate strategy as Vice President of Controls. Kevin's 20 years of building automation expertise will provide the foundation for which current GSH Group expertise in EMS product lines will be developed within the USA which include Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens and Automated Logic.
