GSH ACHIEVES 99% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
AstraZeneca (AZ), the global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, has praised GSH Group for its commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
GSH, the leading Facilities Management (FM) and energy solutions provider, was awarded an initial contract in 2003 to look after a small satellite site in Edinburgh.
Since then the contract and relationship between GSH and AstraZeneca has gone from strength to strength, due in part to the shared partnership approach adopted by the two companies.
Jonathan Bracey, AZ’s Head of Facilities, UKMC said: ‘This is a great move to be working with a company where the culture is so closely aligned with that of AZ. It offers a real opportunity to raise the FM 'bar' within our organisation.”
John Barrie, GSH’s Contract Development Director added: "Our partnership with AZ has been enormously successful and I am delighted at how well it continues to grow. We have worked closely with the AZ team and our relationship is built on trust. GSH recognises the demands of the pharmaceutical industry and I am proud at how well our team has adapted to and aligned with the AZ ethos by providing a safe, secure and efficient service delivery."
GSH provides integrated hard and soft FM services and associated direct and indirect supply of mechanical and electrical, building maintenance, energy management, security, fabric maintenance, cleaning, reception, audio visual support, office moves, procurement, mail and general office services to AstraZeneca’s sites in Luton, London, Cheshire and Edinburgh.
GSH works in complete synergy with AZ to maximize service delivery whilst creating cost savings such as 5% energy consumption reduction, 50% savings on operational costs and 30% on water treatment. Given the strength of the numbers and the partnership approach, there is no surprise that in a recent survey a 99% AZ customer satisfaction result was recorded for GSH on the Edinburgh site.
