Community Relations
GSH aims to be an asset to the communities in which it operates and will contribute to the well being of these local communities.
We will concentrate our efforts on activities which support the promotion of science, technology and business skills as well as careers in the Facilities Management field. Additionally, we will promote development activities for young people in our communities as well as developing strong links with community groups to help disabled and elderly members of in our communities.
We actively encourage our employees to undertake community based work. Our Community Action Programme (CAP) allows our employees up to two days a year paid time to undertake such work.
We are a member of Business in the Community, a national programme which emphasises the importance of strong links between business and the community.
