Technical management and maintenance

Our services are adapted to our client's operations.

We work with assigned engineers for each location so that work can be performed efficiently. Engineers constantly receive further training so that they can work in accordance with applicable regulations and quality systems.

We offer the following types of maintenance:

• Scheduled/Preventative maintenance
• Performance-based maintenance including NEN 2767 and RCM
• Customised maintenance
• Total Facility Management

All types can be combined with our EnergyPlus concept. In determining the most suitable type of maintenance, we take into account any Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place. We use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Vendor Ratings for the assessment.
