Centralised contract management system
GSH manages its client's contracts and its own business on Maximo, one of the leading Asset and Contract Management systems. This centralised system enables us to deliver new solutions, ideas and innovations across all our clients swiftly and simply. Our clients are then able to gain advantage from solutions developed with other clients.
Energy and environmental monitoring
Our leading technology and solutions for environmental monitoring and energy management is currently the subject of two pending industry awards. This is an integral part of our energyplus energy consumption saving and environmental management service. Based upon our Smartbox technology we are able to remotely monitor and analyse asset and environmental performance.
smartbox ' is our web based wireless environment and energy monitoring solution that underpins our energy management offering especially for large, geographically dispersed property portfolios such as a high street retail network. In simple terms, ' smartbox ' collects vast quantities of environmental and energy data, stores that data and allows our Energy Bureau to monitor and control remotely our clients' working environments.
smarttrack is our sophisticated vehicle tracking system. This has involved linking vehicle tracking with our Maximo system in order to deliver a highly visible and integrated engineering resource, job monitoring and mapping solution to our customer service helpdesk. Through our wireless handheld technology, our dispatchers are always up to date on our client and engineers job status.
