In January 2004 GSH launched energyplus, a comprehensive energy management solution with guaranteed savings.

With new environmental legislation, increasing energy prices and pressure to meet environmental objectives, GSH is able to offer its customers a new approach to energy management, based on consumption reduction engineering.

Savings result from improvements in energy efficiency, labour, plant investment, improved building efficiency, awareness campaigns and consultancy.

Our Energy Bureau is designed to do this by maximising conservation and improving sustainability. The facility is an in-house centre of excellence devoted to improving clients´ energy performance to reduce their carbon emissions and counter wholesale price increases in gas and electricity.
