GSH Ireland Ltd has a wide range of experience in relation to the transfer of operatives under the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations.

To date this process has involved operatives from many different areas and working cultures.  The transferring operatives have come from varied backgrounds, both public and private, and have transferred with a wide range of disciplines and skills from Mechanical and Electrical to Fabric.

Such transfers obviously provide challenges but with our experience in this area it is a challenge we are well equipped to meet and excel in.

This not only provides stability for the individuals concerned, it also ensures that our customers continue to receive the high level of service they expect.  Any terms and conditions such as working hours and overtime currently enjoyed will be honoured under the TUPE Regulations.

We aim through the transfer process to ensure that all incoming operatives are aware of their employment rights through the transfer, and ensure that they become fully integrated within our existing workforce as quickly and smoothly as possible.
