We have created and invested in an apprentice programme which combines classroom and workplace training. This enables our young talent to develop into fully qualified service engineers, capable of responding to any given FM requirement, in a constantly changing business environment. The apprentices are trained in key skills including team working, problem-solving, communication and new technology and from the outset we aim to instil in them, as ambassadors for our company, the importance of excellent customer service.
Our apprentices are mentored in the workplace by fully qualified operatives with a passion for passing on their experience and knowledge. This gives our apprentices the best start to their career at the same time as learning the disciplines of working life.
