The purpose of the bureau is to help customers minimise utility costs and provide management control processes to allow organisations to meet the requirements of the CRC, as well as providing clarity in reporting CSR statistics, GSH says.
It has the capability to consolidate all utility and energy management data and reporting within the business, as well as to act as a dedicated point of contact for customers and their utilities providers.
GSH says it will provide a range of services via the bureau, including electronic bill processing and verifying, monitoring and control of customers´ environmental conditions.
An online database and operating platform will capture and store all property, utility and consumption information, facilitating enhanced.
