The new contract, worth more than £1 million a year, includes a full range of hard services at eight sites around the UK. It comes as an extension of an existing deal that commenced in August 2006.
The scope of services spans mechanical and electrical, planned preventative maintenance and internal and external fabric maintenance.
GSH provides a team of 20 engineers for on-site support at seven outlet centres and the central London head office.
David Norris, Operations Director at McArthurGlen, said that an extensive auditing and reporting process had demonstrated the provider´s ability ‘to meet operation need and deliver in terms of contract performance and efficiency´.
